10 things.

hat: c/o Lulu*s / top: Forever 21 / wide leg jeans: GAP / phone case: c/o Field Trip

1. started decorating our apartment for the Christmas season
(i have a strict no Christmas until after Thanksgiving - but i am getting soft on this rule)

2. grabbed coffee with this hottie mcgee
(and we ended up getting sore throats after we walked out of Starbucks from laughing and yelling over the Christmas choir singing at full-volume in the middle of the room)

3. with the husband - lots of Netflix and downing Key Lime Pies like it was our job
(also caught up on Parenthood to the tv schedule - YAY!)

4. finished the final season of The Office and goodness, what a stellar ending to a series
(talk about a major TEAR jerker)

5. starting a new book
(always a scary but exciting thing - and this book isn't one i would normally pick up (i mean the cover alone, gag me) but a friend recommended it so crossing my fingers, it's a good one)

6. Ryan bought me these fuzzy slippers so my feet won't get cold anymore
(i am obsessed and warm)

7.  counting down the days till midnight, Friday
(i won't even have to tell you what this means if you are a true fan ;))

8. working on Christmas cards
(mine and Ryan's first one together - yippee!)

9. falling asleep between 9:30am-10pm
(i literally cannot stay awake past 10! i told you all i'm getting old)

10. and yesterday celebrated 11 months of marriage with Ryan!!!!!!
(it's hard to believe next month will be ONE year. i told him that we so close to being an old married couple at this post. so weird. but seriously, where did the time go?!)

  2. Haha try being someone that falls asleep before 8. That is what happens when you work the early shift in a restaurant. It's 5 right now and I am SLEEPY.

I'm reading a book right now that I am not really digging. I can't wait to be done with it so I can move onto something better!

  9. Hahaha, YOU'RE getting old?! /comfort! You're not old at all. I can relate with the early bed time! I drove to Portland and back yesterday (seven hour total drive time-ish) and got back at 2:30 am... THAT is what I'm too old for lol!

Your slippers look perfectly snuggly and I just love the color!

  11. Sooo excited for Hunger Games, too! I'm not going to be able to see it in the theaters (at least for awhile) but I'm super excited for it nonetheless. Seeing the trailers everywhere doesn't help!

And I'm so with you on going to sleep early. Now that I'm working full-time, I'm seriously falling asleep at 9:30ish. It's not even funny. :)
