currently.

obsessing: when my friend, becca blogged about google plus having the newest gif feature - you didn't have to tell me twice to make a mad *dash* over there. i have tried gifs on several other programs and i could never get them to work. and the fact that google makes this super easy, let's just say i had too much fun it - and will probably have lots more fun with it in the future. just wanted to give you all the heads up. *wink*

reading: gah, seems like i'm in a little bit of a reading rut. with life having been so busy the past month, i keep picking up books but are forced to put them back down. i am trying to make it through Ender's Game which i hear is so fantastic (and there is even a movie coming up soon!) but i don't know if it's the book or just life being so busy, i can't seem to get past the first few chapters. i am determined to finish it - so let's hope i'll have it read before the movie's release!

watching: i have been flying through the later Office seasons. when Michael Scott left in season 7, i could not get myself to watch the episodes that followed. but when my sister visited, she got me to finish up the rest of season 7 and now i have been wrapping up season 8. i still miss Michael Scott but there is a part of me that was able to finally let that go and enjoy  these "final" episodes. Netflix recently updated their tv shows and i was thinking to start Pretty Little Liars or New Girl especially since several friends recommended them to me. Any thoughts?

planning: now that i am back home (until August at least when i head back home for the wedding reception and then to Chicago to take my baby sister off to college - crazy!), i have some time really roll up my sleeves and finalize the details on the reception. i have one final batch of invitations to send out, and then i plan to get some things set in stone. my pinterest boards are overflowing with ideas of flowers and decor and etc., etc., but i really need to finalize. i think that is the hardest part of planning for me. i get excited about everything and become super indecisive. so keep me accountable, people!

sick of: all of this rain that Atlanta has been getting. i love a good rainy day - the cliche kind where you stay indoors, wrapped up in a blanket and reading a book all day long - but seriously, you can only do that for so long...and life still keeps going where you can't really stay bundled up indoors. you have to get out of the house and run errands and do grocery shopping and those things are just not as fun in the rain. i guess i am just sooooo over it.

thinking about: on the flip side of happy things and non-weather-related, i love being married to Ryan. and being away from him for nearly a month in June...it's almost unfathomable to think that we were long-distance for two years! how did we ever do that? that seems like it was a different life! it just makes me even more grateful for the life we have now - and even thankful that i don't have to travel so much for awhile and just be home with him.

what are you currently up to, friend? if you have your own "currently" post, be sure to include it below - i would love to check it out. and as always, thanks to Danielle for the original inspiration of this post.

much love.
{happy wednesday, friend.}

  10. I frickin love New Girl, so I definitely recommend it! I've started watching PLL on Hulu each week. But some of it is hard to follow since I haven't seen it all from the first season. Still sort of fun to watch though. ;] xo JA

  14. New Girl is FANTASTICLY GOOD!

    Pretty Little Liars is a show I love to hate. I can't stop watching, but it pisses me off. It's so dumb and so good at the same time. The girls are all so pretty though and I love their clothes.

  15. You're so cute! I definitely don't think I could make a gif look that cute. Although, now that I see yours, I really want to try to make one now (so thanks for letting me know you can make then on Google+ now!).

    And I started watching New Girl not too long ago and love Zooey Deschanel. She's hilarious. :)
