there is magic in the fro-yo.

on a crazy busy tuesday morning, after running errands in the next town over from ours, my sister ashley, made the most awesome, genius suggestion in the universe: let's go out for some frozen yogurt! we actually wanted to kick-start my birthday with some fro-yo the day before but due to time constraints, we weren't able to. but i'm glad we waited because i was a teeny-tiny bit (okay, a lot!) stressed out about some orders that needed to go out that day (i had fallen behind 'cause of my cold on Friday) and was worried that i wouldn't be able to find the supplies that i needed at the craft store.

but of course, the worrying was pointless.
the supplies were there. i got what i needed. and it was a reason to celebrate.

frozen yogurt (specifically classic tart and mango sherbet topped with a ton of coconut, blackberries, kiwi, and boba balls) hits the spot every single freaking time.

so, my friend. if the stress levels are getting at you, i suggest drop what you have in your hands (like right now, this very sec) grabbed your car keys, bike or just your shoes and head to your nearest fro-yo place.

there is something magical in frozen yogurt.
and you'll feel a million and one times better.
trust me.

much love.
{happy thursday, friend.}
