this is a big deal.


 finding a place in the state of South Carolina that makes taro bubble tea with extra tapioca.
yes, it was 2 hours away and no, it wasn't good at the bubble teas that i had back in Chicago, but in that moment, who cares?! it was the closest to it - it was taro flavor (nothing like it!) and it was bubble tea for crying out loud. bubble tea is not an every day occurrence for us.
so yea, this is a big deal. 

hope something sends you over the moon just as much (if not more) this upcoming weekend, folks!

    1. aw, thanks! it's basically an iced drink with different flavors you can choose from - and it has tapioca balls in it! you need to try it when you can. :)

  12. There are four places (that I know of) in the closest city (NONE in my town) that sells any kind of boba and only one of them is decently priced and yummy. I miss the boba place in Chicago for sure!

  14. Oh yummy! Bubble tea is soooo good! There's a place around the corner from me that sells it. It takes a lot of self control not to go over there everyday! My fave flavor is pineapple. Mmm!

  21. aw, yum....there's no where around here to get that!!! we found one in minneapolis, but i couldn't remember what flavor it was that we liked! NOW i know! Taro!

  22. Taro bubble tea is the best. We have an awesome Vietnamese restaurant here that is my favorite place to get bubble tea and vermicelli. Yum.
