it was a 10 cup coffee kind of day.

cardi, leggings: f21 / dress: belk / beanie, infinity scarf: H+M
Farron boots: c/o Blowfish Shoes / Unexpected Expectations Handbag: c/o Le Mode Accessories

but don't worry.
i stuck to one cup of coffee (that's a miracle) and one cup of hot apple cider.
and too many handfuls of salt + pepper Cape Cod potato chips.
(this was on top of regular meals. i like to eat, so a meal was not missed, folks.)

i found myself draaaagging yesterday.
the to-do list seemed to be longer than on most days.
the brain functioning not as quickly.
and yup, this outfit is an oldie. it rocked out last saturday

but you know what?
like i told Ryan on the phone, i'm thankful to be busy. work is a good thing. sometimes i take it for granted - and the fact that i have my health and things to keep me busy is a joy. doesn't always feel that way, but it's a good thing.
and hey, it's almost the weekend. i have a date with Edward (along with a million other screaming girls). dinner with family friends.
planning a Christmas party. date with Edward - oh, did i mention that one already? experimenting Pinterest recipes, and of course, some extra sleep. i hope.

much love.
[happy thursday, friend.]

p.s. two awesome giveaways on the blog this week - don't miss out!
HERE and HERE.

Busy times are good, and yes while it can whip our butts, not everyone can say that they have a job to go to. Way to keep things grateful :)

  39. Ohhh man, I can't drink ONE cup of coffee without my head buzzing, I can't imagine 10! Haha. Glad you were able to keep it to one, though! ;)

Being busy is a good thing! That's awesome that you are looking at it that way.

I wish I was busier, to tell you the truth... haha. I still haven't had my shop be found? The odd time I get a sale, so until my shop starts reeling in sales, I just keep busy by knitting new products! ;) One day it will get big & I'll have regular sales... I hope. ;) haha I have faith!
