home alone is where it's at.

jean jacket: Urban Outfitters / tee: DOTS / scarf: charming charlie's / cobalt blue jeans: TJMaxx / Farron boots: c/o Blowfish Shoes / red heart ring: f21

whew! this week has been filled with some late nights, extra cups of coffee, yards of cut up felt turned into poppies, and lots of colorful twine, happy tape, and packaging. i always feels like Christmas when i package orders no matter the time of the year. and my sister has kept me company the past few late nights, watching Christmas movies with me. i mean, come on Elf and The Grinch Who Stole Christmas as we are surrounded in a living room covered in felt poppies - it's pretty much the best!

and tonight, it's looking like we're carrying on the Christmas movie tradition. we borrowed The Christmas Story from the library - and believe it or not, i've never seen it before. kind of like, i had never saw It's a Wonderful Life until my junior year of college and people thought something was wrong with me or my parents for never introducing Jimmy Stewart to me.

don't worry, folks. just because i grew up on Home Alone, my sisters and i turned out okay. at least, i think so...

much love.
[happy thursday, friend.]

  21. You will love A Christmas Story, it's hilarious! Of course I grew up with my grandmother collecting every Christmas movie known to man and as soon as Thanksgiving dinner was over we started watching them until late on Christmas night, so I doubt there is a Christmas movie I haven't seen.
