ever since lula included peeps in her sweet scenes post, i have been asking myself why have i not gotten my hands on a box of those peeps?! welp, last night the family made a pit stop at walgreens and there was an uber collection in an array of pink, yellows, purples, blues and ah, yes green.
so these little guys kept me company this afternoon while i worked through emails and blog posts. um, they didn't keep me company for two long. inhaled them all too quickly.
and as you can see easter robin eggs made their way onto my notebook.
but they didn't last too long either.

No Easter basket for me. :( Kind of weird, since Chris has been gone at Easter both years of our marriage, we haven't had a chance to establish any traditions. Sad. Enjoy those peeps for meee!

I had a dream about blue peeps the other night ... they did not last for very long in my dream. Have you seen Martha Stewart's tutorial on how to make your own peeps .. too great! XO!
ReplyDeleteReeses peanut butter eggs....NO QUESTION! My roomate in college used to love peeps so much that her mom would somehow track them down for all the seasons - Christmas tree peeps, Jack-o-lanterns, etc.

ReplyDeletefriend... my german grandma once sent me a package to college (a few years back) that had PEEPS inside of them... I don't know what possessed me to do it... but some friends and I spent a good hour putting PEEPS in the microwave, and watched them turn HUGE and blow up! yeah... we're sick.. and twisted...but it was WAY fun :)
